A: Yes, we have extensive experience in providing OEM/ODM services, including professional design support.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For OEM/ODM, our MOQ is 1,000pcs per model. However, we also accept smaller trial orders to help you test the market.
Q: What is your typical delivery time?
A: Within 5-7 working days for sample orders and 15-30 working days for bulk production.
Q: How do you handle shipping?
A: We typically use express (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as well as sea and air freight. We work with stable logistics partners but can also use your preferred forwarder.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance cleared upon completion. We can discuss other payment methods based on your needs.
